The studio started as a vision of excellence in 2014, envisioning to be a competent young architectural firm coming from a strong line of master builders.
With a young generation of associates, BER SAB ARC’s Research and Development is eager to test out new concepts and ideas with bleeding edge technology to cope up with future problems. With a firm background in building information modelling (BIM), BER SAB ARC delivers smart project designs that are flexible to rapid iterations and adaptable to different forms of experimentation so solutions can be easily found in stakeholder coordination.

2016
Fresh off passing his licensure exams, Ar. Neil John J. Bersabe didn't waste a moment. He dived headfirst into the world of architecture, landing a position at Ugnayan Builders Davao Corp.
2017
BER SAB ARC was founded to usher in a more streamlined process for the Architectural Engineering and Construction (AEC) sector.
2018
The apprenticeship program acts as both a launchpad for young architects and a springboard for the company's future. It's a win-win built on fresh minds and seasoned expertise.
2019
First participated inaugural National Competition for the Manila Freedom Memorial Museum.
2020
The debut of Bespoke Talks and Bespoke Volume 1 Portfolio
2021
In the Jacques Rougerie International Architecture Competition 2021, Project "Hexarion" received the Focus Prize and an Honorable Mention.
2022
'Hexarion: A Martian Colony' has been shortlisted for the World Architecture Festival 2022 under the Future Projects: Competition Entries category.
2023
Breaking Boundaries: Arquitektura, the Official Journal of the United Architects of the Philippines, Teams Up with Hexarion to Redefine Architectural Innovation in This Year's Release

Bespoke
The Bespoke Talks initiative was created in response to the need for more design conversations around the world. The Bespoke Talks platform provides a space for people to share their ideas and learn from others. The platform is open to anyone with an interest in design and includes a variety of resources, such as articles, podcasts, and events. The goal is to help people develop a more analytical approach to design and to open their minds to the diverse language of multi-disciplinary arts.
